3. Late Cancellations (Within 4 Weeks)
Where a cancellation is received within four (4) weeks of the workshop date, tickets remain non-refundable. 6. Minimum Attendance
Workshops are subject to minimum attendance requirements. If minimum numbers are not met, the collaborators reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the event and offer either a refund or credit.

8. Non-Attendance
Failure to attend the workshop on the day is considered a cancellation and is not eligible for refund, credit, or transfer.

9. Liability, Assumption of Risk & Participation
Participants acknowledge that gardening and floral workshops involve inherent risks, including but not limited to cuts, allergic reactions, insect stings, slips or falls on uneven ground, and handling tools, sharp implements, and plant materials.
By attending, participants voluntarily assume these risks and agree to participate at their own risk. The collaborators are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property, or circumstances outside their reasonable control.

10. Personal Property
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings at all times. The collaborators accept no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

13. Special Requirements (Flowers & Styling Workshop)
Please notify Acre of Roses and The Woods Daylesford of any special requirements at the time of booking (or as early as possible), including but not limited to allergies or sensitivities (including pollen, fragrances, bees/bee stings, or plant materials), dietary requirements, access needs, injuries, pregnancy considerations, or medical conditions that may affect your participation.

This workshop may involve handling fresh flowers and foliage and sharp tools (such as scissors, snips, floral knives, or secateurs), as well as standing for periods and lifting or carrying light to moderate materials. Participants are responsible for working safely and for advising the hosts of any relevant conditions prior to the workshop.

Please note there is a beehive onsite at Acre of Roses. While the hive is managed and bees are a natural part of the garden environment, participants with known bee sting allergies should take appropriate precautions, carry any necessary medication (such as an EpiPen), and carefully consider whether attendance is suitable.

While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate requests, requirements cannot be guaranteed. Participants remain responsible for managing their own medical needs.

14. What to Wear
This workshop takes place in a working garden environment at Acre of Roses. For your comfort and safety, please wear good walking shoes and garden-appropriate clothing. Closed-toe footwear and practical attire that you don’t mind getting dirty or marked by plant materials are strongly recommended.

15. Intellectual Property
All materials, techniques, designs, written content, and resources shared or provided during the workshop are the intellectual property of the collaborators. These materials are supplied for personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, taught, published, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

16. Force Majeure
The collaborators are not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, fire, illness, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

17. Updates to Terms and Conditions
The collaborators reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms take effect upon publication on the relevant website or booking platform.
